Happy New Year!
I hope that you had a restful break and found some time to relax. Here are a few tech tools to use in your classroom.

Online-Stopwatch.com has many stopwatches and times for use in the classroom. Many of them are themed with cute animations that allow you to match the timer to the activity. This is an easy way to keep pace in the classroom or convert any activity into a timed challenge or game. The site also has other tools such as a random name picker as well as several other useful tools.
If you have ever seen me open a web browser on my computer, you will notice that Symbaloo pops up as my home page. It is a great way to get all of your shortcuts in one visual place. You can also use it for so much more than that. Learning Paths and links can be compiled in the tiles of your Symbaloo. Check it out!
While I do love my Symbaloo, another great start page builder is Start.Me. You can curate news sources, quick links, and other content for your homepage of your web browser.
